Is No News Good News?

The results from Nate’s bloodwork were inconclusive. They have ruled out organ failure (kidney, liver). So, it could still be cancer or FIP.

I’m a little hopeful that it was just a bad infection though. She’s responding well to antibiotics. The swelling in her abdomen is nearly gone…which means the fluid is nearly gone. She’s been moving around a little and she even ate a little bit last night.

I think these are all very good signs. She is still very weak and under the weather, but I can’t help but be hopeful. Mike is taking her back to the vet today. I’m praying for some good news!

I hope the vet visit goes well. Hopefully with the meds and a little food and rest Nate will be ok. Still, my thoughts are with all three of you!

Those are all very encouraging signs when dealing with a sick cat. Hope he continues healing… 🙂
