Recipe Save – Jen’s Easy Quiche

  • 1 package Bacon
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1/8 tsp White Pepper
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Green onions
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 9 inch uncooked pastry shell
  • Dried parsley
  • Paprika


  1. Cook bacon and chop finely. While bacon is cooking chop the green onion.
  2. Lightly beat eggs, cream, pepper and salt. Add cheese, bacon and onion and mix.
  3. Fill the pastry shell mixture. Sprinkle dried parsley and paprika on the top of mixture.
  4. Bake at 425 for 15min. Then at 300 for 30min.

Cook’s Notes
The eggs, cream and salt an pepper are the base. Add and remove ingredients to your liking!
