Recipe Save: Macaroni & Cheese

Total Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Actual Cooking Time: 45 minutes baked
Number of Servings: 6-8


  • 2 cups elbow noodles
  • 1 large block velveeta
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick of butter
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Boil elbow noodles and set aside.
  3. Cube 1/2 a block of velvetta cheese & slice butter and set aside.
  4. In a baking dish add noodles, cheese, butter, one small can of evaperated milk,salt and pepper.  
  5. Thinly slice remaining Velveeta and layer on top.  
  6. Bake about 45 mins or until cheese on top is bubbling and golden brown.
